'SUPERHERO SERIES PART III Welcome back to the last episode of this superhero series! So excited to share this one with you all - my personal favorite out of the series. For the past 3 months I have been working out, training, and adjusting my lifestyle how someone would train for a SUPERHERO film! I’m a personal trainer in Los Angeles and have dealt with clients that prepare for movies or special projects where they have to be in superhero shape, prevent injuries, take impact, ect. It was no small feat. This challenge was so difficult but I ended up dropping 4-5% in body fat which is so insane. This process really does work and thank you so much to everyone who watched!
