'The last 2-3 months have been pretty hectic on my part with moving house, new job and then we were all hit with this pandemic. I\'ve been trying to build a routine over the past few weeks and get back to doing these episodes of my fitness podcast. Over the next few weeks, there is not going to be much of a schedule, until I nail down that routine, but just short episodes whenever I can for the Podcast. Short 10-15 minute episodes that hopefully will give you a spark of motivation to get some training in. In this episode, I talk about what has helped me stay active. The online running group I have established with Any Given Runday and how it could help up. Sign up with the link below (all free) http://www.facebook.com/groups/anygivenrunday I also talk a little about the technical problems I have had with Zoom online classes and how I have set little challenges for myself after seeing the effects the last few weeks have had on my body. The podcast is available in full on Apple Podcasts and Spotify now It\'s a short episode but, hopefully, a helpful one. And, as I said in this episode, with everything going on, it\'s time to make chicken salad out of chicken shit. To subscribe to the Coach Seán Weekly Newsletter: http://eepurl.com/ckeVyL'
