'Level THREE | ALL standing, NO jumping, NO equipment | BURN 250 - 275 calories  It’s a non-stop bodyweight METCON workout, Killer Bs, and that means we’re balancing calorie-burning LOW IMPACT cardio work with slow and steady STRENGTH for a full body burn and tone.  This workout is designed for women over 50 with a focus on core-strengthening BALANCE exercises, which can help us prevent falls and stay on our feet for many years to come.  The entire routine is low impact (which means no jumping, yay!), with no transitions to the ground, and it includes a thorough warm up and cool down.
