Just not implemented into Prep phase like number 1️⃣  3️⃣ Metabolic Output  Large group setting (Team Training / Bootcamp) with varied intervals or density bouts paired with relevant movements.  4️⃣ Active Recovery 2-3 sets of 3-5 reps. Pick variations that do not require eccentric loading.'
