Watch them all: http://bit.ly/1z7NzHa Give your legs the intensity they deserve by following Fitness Model Robbie Frame\'s gruelling lower body exercise regime.  Exercise description below.  Warm up before each exercise.   EXERCISE 1:  Barbell Squats Warm up sets followed by 4 sets of 8-10 reps with a 90 second rest in between. Go down for a count of 3 seconds and come back up explosively for 1 second.   EXERCISE 2: Deadlift Warm up sets followed by 8-10 reps for 4 sets. Make sure to use your core.   EXERCISE 3: Barbell Lunge Warm up sets followed by 12-15 reps for 4 sets. Concentrate on form and engaging your core.   Want more from this series?
