This circuit-style workout is designed to sculpt your shoulders, chest, arms and upper back in just over 20 minutes.   Difficulty:   Level THREE  Equipment:   DUMBBELLS + STABILITY BALL  Warm Up and Cool Down:   Both are LINKED in the video  Exercise Time:   20 minutes  Calories Burned:   Not a ton (strength training has benefits way beyond calories burned), approximately 75 - 100 calories (this number depends on your weight and intensity).  MAIN WORKOUT (complete each exercise for 10 reps; repeat the circuit three times): Press Ups Lat Pullovers Chest Flys Crunches Reverse Flys Supermans (Supermen?)
