'Over twenty exercises using the stability ball, 10 reps of each.  Follow along or write the moves down and go at your own pace.  This is my go-to workout when I\'ve had too much food, drink or sleep and feel like I have a hangover.  It is hard on the body but \"easy\" on the head.  It\'s done to reps so you can take your time to complete them all. Enjoy!
