We will complete 32 exercises for 45 seconds each and 15 seconds rest. We will take a one minute break in the middle of the workout and finish it off with a nice long cool down! I used anywhere from my 10 pound dumbbells up to my 25 pound dumbbells for this workout.  I also used my bench as I am 27 weeks pregnant and I will be performing some modifications for exercises by positioning myself on an incline with the bench.   The exercises:  1. Front Squat and Lateral Raise  2. Shoulder Press  3. In and our bicycles around dumbbells 4. Toe Taps 5. Reverse lunge to knee drive  6. Alternating Bent Rows 7. DB Jackknives  8. Lateral Kick curtsy touchback left  9. lateral Kick curtsy touchback right 10. Forward Lunges  11. Hammer Curls  12. Russian Twists  13. Lateral slides  14. Lateral Lunges Left  15. Lateral Lunges Right 16. Tricep OH Extension 17. Dumbbell leg raise 18. Mountain climbers  19. Romanian Deadlifts 20. Chest Press in Glute Bridge 21.  DB Sit Ups 22. Plank Walk Overs 23.
