'So what do you do when bodyweight exercises become too easy and you don\'t want to get kettlebells or dumbbells? In comes resistance bands, specifically strength bands.  So why strength bands and not just regular tube bands? Strength bands are designed to withstand heavy barbell work and are much much stronger in resistance, tube bands are much lower in resistance, weaker and are prone to snapping.
