'30 Minute TRX + DB Upper Body Strength Workout'

'Grab your suspension trainer, dumbbells (the more the merrier) and a mat for this 30 minute upper body strength focused workout. No repeats! Every exercise is performed for 60 seconds. After 60 seconds, we will have 15 seconds to recover and transition into the next exercise. Watch for the upcoming exercise in the upper left hand corner of the screen. Set your strap to mid-length to start. During the semi pike pushups take the strap to fully lengthened.  We combine dumbbell, TRX exercises, and bodyweight exercises for a full upper body (and core) workout. For most of the TRX exercises, as an option, walk it further away from the anchor point to make the exercise more do-able, and walk it closer to the anchor point to make it more challenging   Skip to 1:30 to bypass intro and begin workout.
