'Go4Life, is an exercise and physical activity campaign from the National Institute on Aging at NIH, is designed to help you fit exercise and physical activity into your daily life. https://go4life.nia.nih.gov/  Engage@HOME A new opportunity to stay engaged and connect online plus by telephone. Rather than disconnect at home during the Covid-19 uncertainty, it is important we NEST WELL and develop new social connections, maintain carer support and nurture personal health and wellness. Programming will feature: topical interviews, stories about quality resources, and opportunities to connect with others all while maintaining resilience.
