The workouts are designed to lengthen and define your body in a joint friendly, low impact way that is suitable for all ages and exercise levels.  In Cardio Sculpt Abs you will start with  standing hip rotations and tucks, add in some knee front raises and oblique leg sweeps, then move to the mat for lower belly exercises that incorporate flowing wave like motions, some oblique twists and finish with back extensions. This workout will get your heart rate up and fat burning as well as sculpting lean muscle!
