'Loop Band Workout / Home Workouts for over 50'

'This is a quick loop band workout mixing heart-pumping cardio with some sculpt moves.   Equipment needed: Loop Band, additional dumbbells optional   Warm Up:  1 minute of warm up moves to get the muscles warmed up.   Go through each of the 6 exercises for 30-45 sec. each, repeating 2 rounds total.  - Warm Up  - Squats R/L  - Plank Rows  - Lateral Hops  - Sumo with Lat Pulls  - Bicycles  -Shuffle + Cross Punches  - REPEAT'
