'Stability Ball Leg Lift Exercise Demonstration - A great core exercise that targets abs, lower back, arms and your glutes.  How to do it:  1. Get into plank position with your forearms on a stability ball and your body in a straight line between the top of your head and your heels.  2. Keep your hips square to the ground and core completely engaged for stability and raise your right leg as high as you can 3. Release to starting position with control to complete one rep.
