'Revolutions Workout - Beginners - Fitness Workout'

'This is a Workout designed for \"Beginners\" It will accelerate and improve your physical condition so eventually you can do tougher workout routines. Is also good for losing weight as it mixes cardio related movements and cardio intervals through-out the routine.  Try doing this workout 3 times a week for 4 weeks. First 2 weeks, try learning and mastering the movements, with 5Lbs dumbbells and do 5 - 8 reps, for the third week you will need to increase the weight to 8Lbs and the amount of reps. And for the 4th week if you feel you can handle more weight without neglecting the technique, go for it and add more repetitions as well.  Once completing the 4 week period, I will have a second workout done and uploaded.'
