'Drumming Up Fitness'

'A new drumming fitness program is being used at Minnewashta Elementary School. It\'s a simple setup: balls, sticks, and a cardboard base. Oh! Also; music, smiles and fun. Jill Erickson-Buresh is getting her students on the cutting edge of fitness where you exercise your body and mind at the same time. The kids love it because it\'s fun and everyone can play their best.'
