It is a staple for anyone looking to get a great workout in, and of course, it is a very versatile piece of equipment that can be used for various workouts. I highly recommend watching this video before purchasing a bench press.   The FB 5000 with the wide pad, or the FB 5050 from Rep Fitness is an amazing bench press for an amazing price. Hands down the best bench press I have ever used, and a great investment for a home or garage gym. Great grip, comfortable pad, competition bench press specs, easy to move around, great aesthetics, and all for less than $200.   I purchased the Rogue Flat Utility Bench 2.0 when I first started building my home gym, and it was a great bench press, but it was very basic and nothing was special about it, no color variations, no special grip texture, no fat/wide pad. Don\'t get me wrong, Rogue Fitness has amazing equipment, but you have to pay a premium price to get outfitted by Rogue! Rep Fitness is manufactured in China, which means they can offer their equipment for a cheaper price, and of course, there may come manufacturing defects, however, as I explained in the video, I am sure they will get you taken care of.
