'This wasnt my best form-I usually dont bounce it off that much or move while holding the bar. I normally do this weight 6x6, and max out at 220. Nowadays I dont work out in the basement anymore, I go to planet fitness and do a combination of chest/tricep exercises at least once a week. I use 70-80 lb. dumbells between 9 and 5 times for a total of three sets as one of them.'
