'Hey, Killer B! I\'m Pahla B, and I make workouts for women over 50. These aren\'t your grandmother\'s exercise videos - we get sweaty, we work on our strength, and (best of all) we have FUN! Join me each week for a new full-length, follow along workout, designed to help you get and stay fit, lose menopause weight, improve your balance, core strength and heart health, and increase your bone density. While we\'re working out together, you\'ll notice that I don\'t edit out the mistakes and yes, I talk the ENTIRE time. I like keeping it real around here.
