'BUILD & BURN SUPERSETS -  All you need is one dumbbell and this workout to build lean muscle and burn calories fast.   You\'ll 1-2 dumbbells to complete this workout. I used a  7kg  + 10kg dumbbell and Nick used a 10kg dumbbell throughout. You may want to use something lighter or heavier depending on your strength and fitness level. . ⏱Time to Complete: 40 + Minutes . How it’s done: There are 10 supersets that make up this workout.
