'It\'s time once again kids to enter the SPIDER-VERSE!! This time Miles needs your help to fight crime on the streets of New York City.  This new workout gives you the chance to train along side Miles Morales as he keeps himself in shape. Just click play and follow along with him and get yourself ready to fight crime once again .  You have 30secs work and 10secs rest. Perform these 7 exercises twice round!  Your Exercises :- SPIDEY JUMPS  - 30sec WALL CRAWLERS - 30secs VENOM BLASTS  - 30secs SPIDEY KICKS - 30secs WEB SLINGERS- 30secs PROWLER CRUNCH - 30secs FISK FLURRY - 30secs   GOOD LUCK KIDS!
