'This high intensity low impact workout is comprised of unique cardio super-sets. Just as you do super sets with weight training, cardio super-sets follow the same plateau-busting concept, but now it’s lower impact cardio. With slightly varied twists on familiar STEP choreography, participants will love this new feeling. Not into choreography? Not a problem! This class is about endurance and athleticism and has nothing to do with mambos & cha chas.   Level: This class has something for everyone!'
