'The One Two Drill is our most difficult yet but once it\'s broken down I think any players who can pass and catch could give it a go! It\'s a great team building drill and encourages all players to give then drive hard for the ball and is very good to get players turning fully so that they deliver a strong pass. You might need to pause, rewind and rewatch this one a few times but everything is colour co-ordinated to make it easier.
