'Epic and intense athlete workout routine to develop speed, power and athletic conditioning. BOOM! ATHLETE WORKOUT ROUTINE  Skater Jump: 3 sets x 10 repetitions  Lunge Shuffle: 3 x 10 repetitions  Hip Dip and Up: 3 x 4 repetitions  Power Push Up: 3 x 5 repetitions  Do this workout routine for 3 rounds or more.
