BOB & WEAVE: 4 reps high, 4 reps low 4. SPRAWL: 4 repetitions  ROUND 1: Two circuits of all exercises ROUND 2: Three circuits of all exercises ROUND 3: Four circuits of all exercises  Rest 1-2 minutes between rounds.
