'I TRIED STEVE COOK\'S PARTNER WORKOUT CHALLENGE..'

'We tried Steve Cook\'s Partner Workout Challenge and this happened! (Stay tuned until the end of the video to see what time we finished in). Steve Cook used and modified a few exercises from Cross Fit and created his own partner workout challenge so of course I just HAD to give it a try. Each exercise is performed for 50 reps. One partner does as many reps as possible, and once they get tired, the other partner has to jump in to help them get to 50. You do this with every exercise until you get to the last one (planks) where both partners have to plank for 50 seconds! How did we do? Let us know in the comments!
