'We are launching our ONE-day clinics which include a 60 minutes session with us.   This is a one day clinic specialising in learning quick agility and fast footwork to help with co-ordination and transition. We will be offering sessions catered for different age groups, more details below.   In this clinic we will be showcasing the different movements, training and drills that can be useful to help with improving agility and footwork. We will also cover how to warm up properly and how to look after joints and muscles with the impact of a long season. Finished off with conditioning at the end.  We are offering 3x Age Groups you can choose from:  BEGINNERS LEVEL- Ages 10-12 years old  DATE: Saturday 5th Feb  TIMES: 9AM-10AM  COSTS: $35 per person  JUNIOR GROUP- Ages 13-15 years old  DATE: Saturday 5th Feb  TIMES: 10AM-11AM  COSTS: $35 per person  OPEN GROUP- Ages 16+ years old  DATE: Tuesday 1st Feb  TIMES: 11AM-12PM  COSTS: $35 per person  LIMITED SPACES: Open to ONLY 8x ATHLETES PER GROUP  LOCATIONS  24/7 Fitness Gym, Porirua  Please note we do require proof of full vaccination for every Athlete participating in our clinics. Exemptions for our Beginners group as they fit the age group of 12 years and below that don\'t need a vaccination passport.
