'VIDEO : SIMPLE Health & Fitness Tips. Fitness has become such a big industry of so many \'expert\' views, programs, diets, social media posts etc, that many find it tough and confusing on what to do.. No doubt, it can overwhelming, or mostly overkil. But being healthy & staying fit was never meant to be hard, but just something you were, or still should be, before anything else, like career focused, travel, life goals etc  And it\'s not tough, if you don\'t want it to be. Most just are making choices that make it tough. You\'ve gained weight from poor health choices, partying etc, so now you have to lose it.. You stopped being active enough, from your younger days, that now any exercise seems too difficult, or no chance at getting anywhere near fit.. BUT there\'s hope. You just have to take it Back to Basics. Keep it Simple. Eat Healthy. Stop consuming crap! Exercise Daily. Something, Anything, even just 5 mins. Just be CONSISTENT! Simple works. Don\'t start any hardcore programs you can\'t keep up long term. OR start eating a way you know you won\'t stick to, just to lose a few quick kg\'s. OR think being good Mon to Fri will cover the messy weekends after weekends.. Be honest, to yourself. Acknowledge what needs to change. Create new routines & habits. Be committed.
