'what\'s up guys  So Connor murphy isn\'t really in this video. It\'sjust a joke we make because laurens looks like Connor Murphy and we joke about it all the time. In this video I had a heavy squat bench and deadlift session together with laurens and hamid @primeracademy.Whch is a sick gym with alot of specialty bars and calibrated rogue plates .
