'Journey to 15% Body Fat - Episode 8 | Day 1 Anytime Fitness Challenge'

'Episode 8 of my journey to 15% body fat!   Last week I dropped another 1.5kg bringing me down to 75.4kg. Along with my body fat scan of 18%, this brings me to my starting position for the Anytime Fitness 8 Week Challenge! Over the 8 weeks of my journey, I\'ve lost 5.1kg! I\'m feeling really good in terms of energy levels and definitely feel lighter and leaner.  This will be my final period of attempting to bring my body fat levels down. Ending on the 22nd of november 2020, this will be an amazing time to check my body fat levels (I\'ll definitely be getting a dexa scan as well).  This fat loss transformation over 2020 will all come to an end in the next few months. I\'m super keen to start focusing on buildling muscle and gaining strength!
