'Happy Halloween!  Me & my crew of witches, zombies & crypt-keepers bring you a special holiday workout in the spooky spirit of the Halloween season!   You\'ll need some floor space, a mat & a set of dumbbells (optional). I recommend starting out on the lighter side & when you do the workout again, try a more challenging weight.  There are 30-seconds busts of high knees for cardio followed by 3 body weight or strength exercises. It goes something like this:  1. Run For Your Life, Zombies Are Chasing You (30 sec) 2. Frightened Inch Worm (45 sec) 3. Scorpion Push Ups (45 sec) 4. Spider Crawls (45 secs) 5. Run For Your Life, from the Scorpions & Spiders (30 sec) 6. Flying Bat (45 secs, + weights) 7.
