'8-Minute Stretch Exercise - Jaime Brenkus'

'In this video, Evergreen Wellness Evergreen Wellness® Fitness Coach,  Jaime Brenkus shows us his 8-minute stretch.   Jaime\'s 8-minute stretch consists of 32 moves at 15 seconds each, that are going to renew, refresh, rejuvenate, and re-energize your body.   He starts with a gentle neck stretch on both sides, then a side stretch on both sides. Then he clasps his hands and reaches up as high as he can go. Next he wants to stretch his chest, pulling his arm back as far as possible and holding it so he feels the stretch in his pectoral. He repeats it on the other side. Next he clasps his hands in front and rounds his back, slowly bringing his hands down as far as he can go.  He then grabs a chair and shows us a back stretch, bending over the chair. Next, he does a shoulder exercise and a tricep stretch. Using the chair again for balance, he stretches his quadriceps  by bending one knee to the back and holding it, making sure his knees are married. To stretch his hamstring, he puts a leg up on the chair and stretches gently, bringing his nose to the knee.   Now he leans to the left, then to the right. He gets down on the mat, legs out front and stretches forward. He brings the right leg over the left and slowly twists the back. He does the same with the other side.   He lies down on the mat and brings both knees to his chest and holds it. He straightens his left leg, puts his hands behind the knee, and pulls the leg towards him to stretch the hamstring. To stretch the buns, he grabs his knee and brings it in towards the other leg. Now with shoulders on the ground, he brings his right leg over the left and stretches his lower back again. He switches to the other side making sure to keep his shoulders on the ground. heh then does a rack stretch, hands above his head stretching out as high as he can go. Finally, he brings his knees to his chest one more time. He sits up, puts his feet together, elbows on the knees, and pushes down so you\'re stretching the inner portion of the groin area.
