'Up-and-coming actress Daisy Ridley had to go on a strict diet and fitness regimen for “Star Wars: The Force Awakens.” She told ELLE magazine, “[I ate] lots of fish, legumes, and spirulina shakes,” to play the leading lady in this movie. Including in physical training, she also had to do stunt practice several times a week.'
