'This Kettlebell Density workout was created by Brittany Noelle. This 10 minute workout will does not  include your warmup. Use heavy weights and try to get through 4 to 6 rounds depending on how much time you have. Be sure to cool down at the end.  This workout will help you build strength, muscle, endurance, and burn belly fat. It’s also great for functional training and/or athletic training.
