'This 30(ish) minute challenging TRX and dumbbell workout hits the entire upper body. Do a 5 minute dynamic warm-up or low intensity cardio of your choice before beginning. You will need a TRX or some sort of suspension training strap and a set of dumbbells to do this workout. We have six blocks targeting the upper body. We superset a dumbbell exercise and TRX exercise hitting the exact some muscle group turning it into a DB/TRX drop-set. Really challenge yourself with your dumbbell weight selection. The DB exercise will always be a 10 reps and the TRX exercise will always be at 15 reps. We will do 3 rounds of the same superset before moving on to a new block. Remember, your option is to always walk further away from the anchor point; that will decrease the angle and make it more attainable.This is challenging.
