'Here it is! The first fitness video of my Intro to Fitness Foundations series I am doing for geeks, gamers, and cosplayers! However, these concepts are for EVERYONE, whether you are busy workers, home-schooling parents, or desk jobers! These short workouts can be done at home, and will help you build a base for fitness, build your strong foundation,  before we start getting into the crazy stuff!
