'Day 7 It’s Friday!!!! No plan, get sweat! Seven days already! I am not gonna lie, it has been quite challenging for me. My work is not making my exercise schedule easy, but well, I am sure I am not alone. That\'s why it is a good opportunity to re-organize myself via this challenge! Today, I have committed myself by spending at least an hour a day for exercises. Apart from playing volleyball for around eight years, I had never done any sports that I really did push myself to progress within a short amount of time.  There is a couple of reasons why I decide to do something this time: 1. I really want to see how far I can go considering my joint issues and muscles strengthen are limiting my overall sport performance. 2. I believer even doing just a bit everyday is better than sitting or doing nothing all. 3. I want to motivate those who are in my same shoes, whether about sports or other matter, we can still do it. 4. I know that, if we endure, we can all turn weakness into strength. 5. I want to thank those who have been professionally sharing their tips on workout and yoga.  Let\'s support one another, share the positive vibe around.'
