Grasp the handles of the band and lift your arms up next to the sides of your head with arms bent at the elbows, forearms parallel to the floor. Engage your glutes and abdominals. Straighten your arms toward the ceiling. With arms straight up you should feel moderate resistance. The exercise should be felt on the back of the upper arm.
