'Some people call it a Fit Ball, some say Swiss Ball and others prefer Exercise Ball.  Fitballs can be used for all sorts of exercises to work the upper and lower body and the abs.  Since this is Destiny’s first try at a Fitball, she tries a little of everything.  With lots of bouncing, of course, because that’s what you’re supposed to do on a Fitball, isn’t it?    Destiny starts with some upper body and arm stretching exercises and goes into jumping jacks.  Let her know whether you like Fitball jumping jacks better than regular ones.  She has a few little problems balancing her knees on the Fitball and you can watch a little oopsie as she falls off.  For her final exercises she does some sit ups while sitting on the ball.
