'In March 2019, I earned a spot in a 100 DAY fitness program test group. This is my story! I hope you see that consistency really is key, and results take time. I worked out every day for 20-30 minutes, and I followed a flexible nutrition program. I\'m proud to say that this is my new lifestyle!
