'20 Beginner to Advance Warm Up Agility Ladder Drills'

'With the American Football season officially starting this week, I couldn’t help but use an equipment often associated with the sport on the internet, the ladders, for this week’s Coach Seán 20-20 Series! The ladders can be a great tool for cardio and making you think while performing the moves. Like I have said in a previous blog on coachseanc.com, if you are using them for spot, the person should have a reaction move at the end of the ladder drill e.g. catching or controlling a ball heading to either side of a player at the last possible second. Definitely a few awkward ones thrown into this one so let me know how you get on! #LetsGoGetEmAgain _________________________________________________________ WEBSITE: http://www.coachseanc.com/ FACEBOOK: https://www.facebook.com/CoachSeanC/ INSTAGRAM: https://www.instagram.com/coach_seanc/ LINKEDIN: https://ie.linkedin.com/in/coachseanc TWITTER: https://twitter.com/Coach_Sean_C'
