'20 Minute CARDIO WORKOUT AT HOME - Bodyweight, No Equipment (Low Impact Cardio Circuit)'

'Hey guys! Welcome back to my channel for another at home workout session! Today we\'re going to be doing a 20 minute cardio workout. This workout is low impact, knee friendly, and requires no equipment.  I know, those of you who know me are scratching your heads right now because you know I dread doing my cardio, and you\'ve probably heard me refer to it as cardi-nooo before. BUT! It is incredibly important to include cardio in your routine regardless of your goals. Having a strong cardio respiratory system means a healthier heart and lungs. And that also means your overall recovery from training will improve!!  This workout is what most people who seek out HIIT workouts are looking for, but I want to stress the this style of interval training, while intense, is not actually a HIIT circuit. True HIIT requires 100% effort and LONG rest periods. I plan to make a video in the future explaining what it truly is, so if you\'d like to see that subscribe to my channel!
