'UPDATE: I tried to wear the joy-con at the inner wrist, and it is actually more close to the default holding position. it did worked much better, until I accidently hit my body, and the joy-con fell off, that scared me.  by looking at the wrist style one, the joycon will face to the totally opposite direction compared to the default. it\'s no way that it will work well.
