This unique fitness centre was inaugurated by Dr. Ravi IPS, ADGP (Hqrs), Chennai in the presence of Shri. The first-of-its-kind fitness centre is spread over an area of 8250 sq.ft. offers wide range of health equipments under one roof with 7 star ambience. C3FS (C3- Circuit, Cardio and Cross fit) has become the first company in Chennai to bring all the health equipments such as hammer strength machines, rock climbing, virtual spinning, boxing gauge etc. under one roof. We have carefully considered interiors such as wall and floor colouring, lighting, refreshment area with relaxing atmosphere and a mini library which can be availed by the members to know more about health and fitness related information. Currently, the company has a 40 member team consists of certified professional trainers, dieticians, physiotherapists, nutritionists and other supporting staffs. As per practice, customer should go through health screening (formerly known as fitness assessment) followed by physical training by a certified professional trainers under the guidance of dieticians. The age limit would be above 12 years to 70 (based on their health conditions).
