'Today was my 2nd Leg workout of the week, and the workout went like this:  Leg Press Pyramid Sets -7 sets increasing weight every set and going to failure on every set -7 sets starting with the heaviest weight, working your way down in weight going to failure on every set (CRAZY) -3 sets walking weighted lunges 10 steps per set -3 sets single leg extensions 10 reps per leg -3 sets single leg curls 10 reps per leg Agility Ladder Drills -10 sets lateral shuffle (5 on the left, 5 on the right) -5 sets of in and out shuffle -10 long jumps Enjoy!
