'Hey Guys!   Welcome to my channel!  Whoop Whoop!  You know I love outdoor exercises, even if it\'s freezing out here in NYC! So I hope wherever you are, it\'s a little warmer :)   Even though it was below freezing I still managed to break a sweat with this \'10X10\' leg drill. Here’s the breakdown:  Top 10 Killer Leg Workout \'Interval Training\' Drills   1. High Knees  - 10 Reps (together) 2. Reverse Lunges  - 10 Reps (together) 3. Side to Side Lunges - 10 Reps  (together) 4. Single Leg Step Up  - 10 Reps (on each leg) 5. Mountain Climbers  - 10 Reps (together) 6. Squats - 10 Reps  7. Low Squats - 10 Reps 8. Jumping Jacks - 10 Reps 9. Superwoman/man - 10 Reps 10. Donkey Kicks - 10 Reps  *1-2MIN REST PERIOD before starting the next round. Do a min of 3 rounds and try work up to 6 rounds.
