'My sprayed on color is finally wearing off so try not to mind the glare from the pale skin. I am just now getting back into the weights after competing on June 19th and 20th. Core exercises and pyramid up in weight is a standard for me. You can\'t build any kind of body without squatting. And, yes, that is my beautiful wife working out with me. Her name is Debbie, soon to have her own channel'
