Various drills are described such as low and high leg cycles and restricted arm drills. Key to the latter is the sue of a stretch band but you can easily use a towel or a scarf. Reps are suggested so that you can follow-along easily with your mobile device. The workout concludes with some plyos drop jumps and drop and block landing jumps and some uphill bounds (although you can do these on the flat). Unfortunately I have to do the demos myself! So bare with me. However, hopefully you\'ll be able to see what you can do in a park, on a tennis court or even on a street (as long as it is safe to do so).
