Stand far enough away from the anchor to begin feeling resistance from the band. Contract your abs and glutes, bring your hands up to your shoulders and hold them stable. Step forward with one foot while focusing on pressing the back knee down to about ankle height. Step back with the forward foot, then step forward with the other foot, alternating between right and left for the desired number of reps and sets.
