Presenter Biography Dr Richard Dobson leads the Data Systems Practice within Energy Systems Catapult. Richard joined the Energy Systems Catapult in 2018 and has most notably been the technical content lead of the Energy Data Taskforce. Prior to the Energy Systems Catapult, Richard was a Technology Strategy Consultant within the telecommunications sector and completed a PhD on the topic of algorithms for energy optimisation.
